FutureFound was born from a personal mission. As an aunt to a gifted nephew with a passion for coding and robotics, I was surprised — and disappointed — to find that there were no local schools in Rotterdam offering tech-focused weekend programs for children like him.
Despite countless searches, there simply weren’t any options that matched his abilities or interests. That’s when I decided to create what didn’t yet exist.
I founded FutureFound because I believe children are capable of far more than just reading, writing, and arithmetic. While the world races ahead with innovation, the Netherlands is falling behind when it comes to early tech education. That gap shouldn’t exist — and our kids deserve better.
FutureFound is more than a school — it’s a platform where we nurture the next Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, or Ada Lovelace right here in Rotterdam. Because Dutch children deserve the same chance to lead the future — and we’re here to help unlock that potential.
